Delivery & returns

Every Blue mattress is made to order in Jeddah and delivered across the Kingdom.

50-night trial: it starts the day you receive the mattress, and we include a complimentary mattress protector that must be used throughout the trial — a stained, soiled or damaged mattress cannot be accepted. If the mattress is not right for you we will offer an exchange first, for another model that better suits you. If you are still not satisfied after the exchange, we proceed with a refund once the mattress is returned and inspected. Return or exchange shipping is paid by the customer and typically ranges from SAR 250 to 350 depending on your city. The trial does not cover some cities and remote areas that shipping companies do not serve, so please check your city is covered before ordering.

To start an exchange or return, contact customer care on 0562001434 with a photo or video showing the mattress is in good condition. The process usually takes 10 to 15 days once we have received and inspected the mattress.

Warranty

Every Blue mattress carries a 10-year warranty — the same term across the whole range, as specified by the manufacturer. Full conditions are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
