1. About these terms
By placing an order on this website or through our showroom, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
2. Products & sizes
All mattresses and sleep products are made to order in our Jeddah facility. Product dimensions are stated on each product page; minor manufacturing variations of up to 2 cm are normal for handcrafted bedding products and do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices & payment
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and instalment payments through Tabby and Tamara, subject to those providers' own terms and approval.
- Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Delivery & setup
We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Jeddah. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city; we will contact you to schedule.
5. 50-night trial
Every mattress includes a 50-night home trial that begins on the date you receive the mattress.
- Complimentary protector. We provide a mattress protector free of charge, and it must be used throughout the trial. A mattress that is stained, soiled or damaged cannot be accepted.
- Exchange first. If the mattress is not right for you, we will first offer to exchange it for another model that better suits your needs.
- Refund. If you are still not satisfied after the exchange, we proceed with a refund once the mattress has been returned and inspected.
- Return shipping. The cost of exchange or return shipping is paid by the customer and typically ranges from SAR 250 to 350 depending on your city.
- City coverage. The trial does not cover some cities and remote areas that shipping companies do not serve. Please confirm your city is within the service area before ordering.
- How to start. Contact customer care on 0562001434 and provide a clear photo or video showing the mattress is in good condition. Processing usually takes 10 to 15 days from the date we receive and inspect the mattress.
Accessories (pillows, toppers, protectors) are covered by statutory return rights rather than the 50-night trial, for hygiene reasons, unless unopened.
6. Warranty
Mattresses carry a 10-year manufacturing warranty — the same term across the whole range, as specified by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover normal softening, comfort preference, misuse, stains, or damage caused by improper foundations. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
7. Cancellations & returns
Orders for made-to-order items may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. After delivery, your rights under the 50-night trial (mattresses) and Saudi consumer-protection regulations (all products) apply.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
