• Enquiry data — what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Device data — basic technical information (browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site working and improve it.

• To manufacture, deliver and set up your order, and to schedule delivery with you.
• To operate the 50-night trial, warranty and after-sales service.
• To respond to enquiries and, only with your consent, to send offers and updates.

3. Payment information

Card and instalment payments are processed by licensed payment providers (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara). We do not store your full card number on our systems.

4. Cookies & local storage

The site uses essential browser storage for your cart, language, theme preference and signed-in session. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
